Can I transfer the license to a different device?

No. Our licenses can be used on just 1 machine and cannot be transferred if you decide to buy a new computer.

Are the licenses genuine?

Yes. We buy our licenses from European Microsoft partners that are allowed to resell licenses.

How will I receive the license?

You'll receive an email with the license directly after purchase. If you didn't receive it, please contact us directly.

How can I pay?

Currently we support the following payment methods:

  • iDeal, Bancontact
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer or credit card

Do I have to pay shipping fees?

No. You receive your licenses by email, so you don't have to pay any shipping fees.

Can I cancel or return my order?

No. Digital products cannot be returned. If you have any problems we'll help you get those sorted out or deliver a new activation code.

Can I also use it on Mac?

Per product you can find the supported device or operating system.

Do I have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee?

No! Our licenses are an one time purchase, that you can use for an unlimited amount of time on the device that you activated it one.
